Complete weekly learning activities
(1-2 hours)

Follow the exercise plan:
- 5 hours of cardio per week.
- 2 hours of body/weight training per week

Take standardized fitness test:
1st- start date
2nd- a month before departure

Collaborate with your clinician team to boost physical endurance and well-being.

Show respect, commit to growth, and support a positive team environment.
